Our team has been developed organically from a small engineering firm into a mid-sized engineering firm over the past twenty years.
Our firm has been built by a team that is enthusiastic about consulting engineering and the building services industry with a commitment to providing the highest levels of service for each project that we complete. In addition to the off the cuff events, DEI & Associates Inc. hosts other major company events. Within the daily work at the office, employees can expect to be involved in numerous activities team building and professional events including lunch and learn events with suppliers, dress down days, barbeques, and events to support local charities and foundations. We’re constantly looking for new ideas from staff to support, organize, and build upon the existing company culture.
Our firm is also committed to embracing new technological advances in our industry, keeping both our firm competitive in the market but also to allow staff to develop additional skills and knowledge. In 2015, DEI & Associates Inc. embraced the market shift to three-dimensional modelling, setting up a dedicated team of staff to develop our Revit capabilities. Since then, our office has progressed immensely with our internal capabilities and ability to leverage the database functionality and conflict detection of Revit / BIM to provide additional value to clients. Our office monitors new software releases, hardware capabilities, and industry practices to ensure we stay at the forefront of anything that would improve our efficiency and abilities.
